Internally configured as 8,388,608 × 8 bits, it supports SPI, Dual, and Quad I/O modes, allowing flexible operation for fast data read/write access. When operated in two- or four-I/O mode, the data structure becomes 33,554,432 × 2 or 16,777,216 × 4, respectively.
