NB669GQ-Z NB669G AE* Marking MPS IC AEVD AEVE AEVF AEVC
Reviews
Category: MPS ICs for Laptops
Description
NB669GQ-Z NB669G AE* Marking MPS IC AEVD AEVE AEVF AEVC is a fully integrated high-frequency synchronous buck converter with a fixed 5V output. It supports 6A continuous and 9A peak load with excellent line/load regulation across a wide input range. The COT control ensures fast transient response and simple compensation. The IC includes UVLO (4.15V), open-drain power-good output, a 5V LDO for peripherals, and a 300kHz clock for driving external charge pumps. It features full protections (OCP/OVP/UVP/thermal) and requires minimal external parts. Package: QFN-16 (3×3 mm).
- AEVD NB669GQ-Z Standard version – most common 2023–2025
- AEVE NB669GQ-Z Same IC – newer batch (2024–2025)
- AEVF NB669GQ-Z Same IC – latest batch (2025+)
- AE NB669GQ-Z Old marking 2022–early 2023
- AEVC NB669GQ-Z Standard version – most common 2024
