Description
The RT8243BZQW RT8243B 7A 7A= RT IC is a dual step-down SMPS controller for battery-powered systems, providing precise logic supply voltages. It features two PWM controllers (2V–5.5V), two fixed 5V/3.3V LDOs, and supports external charge pump monitoring via SECFB. Other features include power-up sequencing, power-good output, soft-start, and soft-discharge protection. Constant on-time PWM ensures fast load response without sense resistors. Ultrasonic mode minimizes audio noise, diode emulation mode maximizes light-load efficiency, and SMPS1/SMPS2 switching frequency is adjustable from 200kHz/233kHz to 400kHz/466kHz.
