The RTD2120L is a microprocessor IC for LCD monitors, built on the Synopsys Design Ware DW8051 core, fully compatible with standard 8051 series. It integrates 96KB Flash memory using TSMC’s 0.18µm e-Flash process and comes in PLCC44, LQFP48, or QFP44 packages.
