SY8206DQNC SY8206D NF2 NF3 NF4 NF5 NE2 NE3 NE4 NE5 NF NE Series IC is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down Charging IC designed for notebook and portable power systems. It integrates both high-side and low-side MOSFETs with low RDS(ON) for reduced heat and excellent conversion efficiency. Operating from a wide input range, it uses instant-PWM control to provide fast transient response and stable low-voltage output for CPU and chipset power rails.
