The SY8288R SY8288RAC AWS5MA AWS6 AWS5 AWS7 AWS QFN-20 is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC Charging IC capable of delivering up to 6A output current. It integrates both high-side and low-side MOSFETs with low RDS(ON), ensuring excellent thermal efficiency and stable operation over a wide input range of 4V to 24V.

Using Instant-PWM™ fast-response control, it provides fast transient response, stable switching, and compact power performance for notebook and embedded designs.
