Description
The TPS61181 TPS 61181 LDO IC 1.5A WQFN-16 ICs are advanced WLED driver solutions featuring a control output for an external PFET placed between the input and inductor. In the event of a short circuit or over-current, the device turns off the PFET to safely disconnect the battery from the LEDs. The PFET also switches off during shutdown to eliminate battery leakage.
