The APW7153 / APW7153A / APW7153B is a 3A synchronous buck (step-down) DC-DC converter IC designed for efficient power regulation in compact electronic systems. It integrates low on-resistance power MOSFETs (110 mΩ), reducing conduction losses and improving overall efficiency.
