The CSD59985RWJ is a high-current NexFET™ Power Stage IC manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI). It is designed for high-efficiency synchronous buck converters, integrating optimized power MOSFETs and driver circuitry into a compact, thermally efficient QFN-41 package.
