The EM5209-QFN-14 is a current-limited high-side power switch IC designed by Excelliance MOS Corporation.
It safely distributes 5 V USB or system power while providing over-current, short-circuit, and thermal protection.
Its compact QFN-14 pinless package offers excellent thermal efficiency and small PCB footprint, making it ideal for laptop USB ports, charging lines, and power-rail control.
The EM5209 features a low ON-resistance MOSFET and built-in fault flag output for intelligent power monitoring.
