Description
The GigaDevice GD25LQ64CVIG (25LQ64CVIG) is a 64 Mbit (8 MB) low-voltage serial flash memory IC built for BIOS and firmware storage in ultrabooks, laptops, also MacBook and embedded boards.
It operates on a 1.65 V – 2.0 V supply and supports SPI, Dual and Quad I/O interfaces for high-speed read operations up to 133 MHz.
Engineered for low-power applications, it provides excellent data retention and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles, ensuring long-term reliability.
Its compact SOP-8 (200 mil) package makes it easy to replace or reprogram during motherboard and BIOS repairs.
