The RT3607 RT3607BC RT3607BCGQW IC is an advanced multi-phase PWM controller designed to deliver high performance and energy efficiency for CPU core and system power applications. Utilizing G-NAVPTM topology, it dynamically adjusts its operating frequency based on VID, load, and input voltage, achieving superior efficiency even in continuous conduction mode (CCM).

Integrated CCRCOT (Constant Current Ripple COT) control technology ensures excellent output voltage ripple performance across the full input and output range. The RT3607BC includes a high-accuracy DAC that converts SVID codes from 0.25V to 1.52V in 5mV steps, enabling precise voltage control. It also features a high-accuracy ADC for platform settings such as quick-response trigger levels and over-current limits.

Additionally, the controller supports dual-rail address exchange and provides VR-ready output signals, ensuring seamless integration in modern Intel-based platforms and high-efficiency power designs.
