The SY8286A is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering 6A continuous and 12A peak current. It integrates both the main and synchronous MOSFETs with low RDS(ON) to reduce power loss and enhance performance.
Operating from a 4V–23V input range, the SY8286A adopts instant PWM architecture, offering fast transient response and stable efficiency even under light loads. With a 500kHz pseudo-constant frequency, it supports compact power designs for notebooks and embedded systems.
