Description
The SY8388BRHC YQC SY8388B yQC IC Marking YQC with QFN package is a high-performance synchronous step-down Charging IC designed to deliver up to 8A output current with outstanding efficiency and thermal stability. It operates across a wide 4V–24V input voltage range and uses Silergy’s Instant-PWM™ constant-on-time (COT) control technology for fast transient response and low output ripple.
Integrating both the high-side and low-side MOSFETs with very low RDS(ON), the SY8388B minimizes conduction losses and supports efficient operation even at low output voltages. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting, under-voltage lockout, soft-start, over-voltage, and thermal shutdown, ensuring safe operation in all conditions.
