The SY8388CRHC SY8388C rMCDC RM rMBQZ rM Marking IC QFN16 is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down Charging IC designed for compact power management systems. It delivers up to 8A output current from a 4V–24V input range, making it suitable for notebook, GPU, and embedded power rails.
Using Silergy’s Instant-PWM™ constant-on-time (COT) control, the IC achieves fast transient response, stable operation with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, and high efficiency under all load conditions.
The device integrates low RDS(ON) high-side (20mΩ) and low-side (10mΩ) MOSFETs for reduced power loss and superior thermal performance. Multiple safety features — including cycle-by-cycle current limiting, under-voltage lockout, soft-start, output protection, and thermal shutdown — ensure reliable operation across a wide range of environments.
