Description
The TPS22920YZPR TPS22920 24a6z1 Load Switch N-channel IC is a compact load switch with controlled turn-on to reduce inrush current. It features an N-channel MOSFET operating from 0.75 V to 3.6 V and handling up to 4 A. An internal charge pump ensures low ON resistance, while a 1250 Ω resistor quickly discharges the output when turned off.
