The TPS51611 is a single-phase synchronous buck controller fully compliant with IMVP-6.5, featuring D-CAP+™ control and OSR overshoot reduction for fast transient response and high efficiency. It includes integrated gate drivers, supports CPU and integrated graphics with a 7-bit DAC, and offers full IMVP-6.5 I/O (VR_TT, DPRSLPVR, IMON). Slew rate control and voltage positioning are adjustable. Available in 5 × 5 mm 32-pin QFN, –10 °C to 105 °C
