Description

The TPS62130 PTSI TPS 62130 IC QFN-16 family efficiently delivers up to 3 A continuous current with output voltages between 0.9 V and 6 V. Its high switching frequency allows the use of small inductors while maintaining high efficiency. Power save mode ensures low quiescent current at light loads, while soft-start, tracking, and sequencing features enable flexible system designs. Adjustable and fixed versions are available in a compact 16-pin VQFN package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
